Balloon update 3

We are making our descent! We reached an altitude of almost 23km (or 75,039 feet) before the balloon burst and began to fall.

As the balloon travelled higher the falling air pressure caused it to expand, it will have reached a diameter of about 8 metres before disintegrating.

It is currently somewhere above the village of Ibstock, Leicestershire descending by parachute. See the map below for its journey so far.
